Was recently introduced to the Nordic Negroni. Aquavit in place of gin. Can also use an aged aquavit for something closer to a boulevardier

I don't readily keep Cochi Americano or Suze around, so they are rarely made at the house. We should probably change that right?

Suze is definitely a wildcard, deep cut for any liquor cabinet. For me, it’s the perfect summer Negroni but 99% of establishments don’t have the ingredients. Humble brag….I was in White Lotus hotel in Maui last week….and it stumped them!
